The project incorporates a certificate of urbanisation from the Valencian government along with all the necessary approvals from the local province of Alicante and the municipality of Benissa in which the land is situated. The area for development owned by the company is 40,000 sq.m with permission to build up to 13 luxury houses that can exceed a build size of 500 sq.m on minimum plots of 2,500 sq.m.
